He has worked in a company with japanese collaboration and undervant training in a japanese company. He is an admirer of japanese culture and firm believer of japanese management practices.
It is the belief of Mr. Purohit to take up a narrow field and take it up to the top. As a result he has selected "Energy" as the field and started company in 1997 with "Energy Conversions Products". He would like Axiom to be one of the leading energy companies in india offering complete range of Energy products and Services, i.e., Energy conversion products, Energy generation and storage devices, Energy generation and Energy distribution.

Mr. N.V.S.Shivarama Krishna is one of the founder member of the company and has over 13 years of rich experience of the industry.
A graduate with the Mechanical Engineering, has the overall operational experience of the industry but his main contribution is in HR. He is good at siezing people and is responsible for the innovative HR practices which has ensured people stability with minimum Attrition rate.
